The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

Delivers information management for client projects and programmes, ensuring documents, data and project artefacts meet required standards. Supports successful digital delivery by applying defined strategies, processes and ISO 19650 principles, while developing knowledge of how information is produced, assured and managed to unlock project value.

You’ll be responsible for:

- You will ensure robust quality systems are in place and suitably managed in line with service excellence.
- You will manage delivery from project inception/brief, through design development and planning, contractor procurement and construction phase in accordance with the overall delivery program and agreed project milestones.
- You will manage tasks and associated deliverables in support of the Associate Director and other senior leaders, alongside the wider project and client teams, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the project.

- You will manage design and wider consultant teams in a collaborative manner to ensure effective completion of responsibilities.
- You will lead and manage the project team and relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic project key performance indicators (KPIs).
- You will actively network, innovate, and seek understanding of best practice, utilising the full depth of knowledge of Mace Group, the Centres of Excellence, Mace Way Control Centre and Knowledge Hub.

Your responsibilities:

- Champion safety, wellbeing, inclusivity and responsible delivery across every project.
- Deliver projects through clear planning, quality systems and strong stakeholder collaboration.
- Supervise change and commercial performance with integrity.
- Lead teams to achieve KPIs, share best practice and unlock potential across Mace.
- Follow IM processes and ISO 19650 standards to support consistent, efficient project delivery.
- Enable teams to access trusted information through effective IM practices and guidance.
- Assure documents and artefacts are complete, accurate and stored correctly.
- Support CDE delivery, knowledge sharing and net zero carbon outcomes.

You’ll need to have:

- Familiarity with information architecture, naming, numbering, filing conventions.
- Working towards technical qualifications and certifications such as APM IM, experience of        software e.g. Aconex. SharePoint.
- Construction, property, and real estate industry. Security, cyber security, data protection awareness.
- Experience of working in an international setting either remotely from or outside the UK. ISO 19650 series, UK BIM Framework, CDE management.
- Good written and oral communication.
- Used to working with different stakeholders. Disciplined, methodical and organised.
- Effective team member and helping/training others.
- Able to work independently.
- Technical qualifications and certifications such as APM IM, Assoc of Information Managers, (or equivalent).
- Subject expert experience in key IM software including Aconex, ViewPoint, Business Collaborator, etc.
- ISO 19650 certification.
