About this role
We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and technology-minded student to join our IT Operations Team .
In this internship, you will have the opportunity to work on projects and activities that support associates across the region:
- IT Support & Operations: Assist in supporting laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 applications, and collaboration tools.
- Device & Asset Management: Support device deployment, user onboarding, inventory tracking, and asset lifecycle activities.
- Process Improvement: Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement, initiatives to enhance the employee technology experience.
- Documentation & Knowledge Management: Create and update user guides, knowledge articles, and operational documentation.

You would be best equipped for the role if you have (profile):
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technology, digital workplace tools, and IT support.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows, or mobile devices is an advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to take on new challenges.
