Technical Project Manager Graduate (Data Center Development) - 2027 Start

About the Team
ByteDance Data Center Development team is responsible for building Data Center and Network in the Asia Pacific region. Our work involves, but not limiting to, data center innovation, implementing advanced technologies and renewable energy to achieve carbon-neutrality, rapid project delivery, capacity planning, process and risk control, cost management, etc. Our objective is to provide ByteDance with efficient Data Center infrastructure services to support our business growth. The Global Delivery Management team is mainly responsible for site selection, acquisition, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of data center standardization projects, from project initiation and planning through implementation, tracking, and closure.
- Manage data center security system delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Establish clear project governance, roles and responsibilities, reporting mechanisms, and escalation paths.
- Manage project scope and change control to ensure alignment with agreed objectives and priorities.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field;
- Experience in standardization, process improvement, operational excellence, or multi-site/multi-region programs.

Preferred Qualification
- Passion in data center industry, prior experience with built environment is a plus.
