Job Purpose
'The Senior Product Manager – Unnati Micro Business Loans will be responsible for end-to-end product management of the Unnati Micro Business Loans product within the said unit. Based in Mumbai, the role involves strategic oversight of product development, process optimization, market analysis, and P&L management. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, streamline operations, and ensure competitive positioning in the market.
Roles & Responsibilities
'Primary Responsibilities
Product Management
• Develop ongoing market insights and identify sector trends.
• Evaluate competitor offerings and benchmark product propositions.
• Conduct SWOT analysis and uncover growth opportunities.
• Configure and refine product pricing using market research and costing data.
Portfolio Review & Performance Management
• Conduct post-launch product audits and competitor evaluations.
• Analyse product and portfolio performance.
• Adjust marketing and promotional plans based on performance insights.
• Assess channel performance and rationalize portfolios, managing & monitoring portfolio collections strategies and costs
• Analyse the PnL, To find relevant trends and shar the same with stakeholders
Customer Journey & Process Streamlining
• Design and implement smooth, innovative end-to-end customer journeys.
• Customize and digitize loan processes and system platforms.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and closure of audit observations.
Product Sales Support
• Develop training modules and deliver training across teams.
• Coordinate with support verticals (sales, credit, operations) for product execution.
Secondary Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver training modules for internal teams.
• Coordinate with support verticals and stakeholders for smooth product operations.
• Maintain MIS and product decks for periodic reviews.
• Engage with sales teams daily to drive disbursal volumes and maximize reach.

Graduate/Post Graduate
