Product Manager- GTM & Program Delivery

Type: Full time Experience: 1 - 3 years Location: Mumbai

What you'll do

###

- Understand customer and operational problems and translate them into product use cases, requirements, and workflows
- Own programs from problem definition → solutioning → execution → rollout → adoption
- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Solutions, Data Science, and Customer Success to drive delivery
- Manage milestones, dependencies, owners, timelines, risks, and scope
- Support GTM through product demos, use-case narratives, proposals, solution material, and customer conversations
- Drive POCs, pilots, and customer deployments toward successful adoption
- Track product usage, customer feedback, and business outcomes to identify improvements
- Convert recurring customer problems into actionable product and roadmap insights
- Keep stakeholders aligned and proactively resolve delivery bottlenecks

What you need

###

- Engineering, Technology, Management, or equivalent degree
- 1–3 years in Product Management, Program Management, GTM, Consulting, Solutions, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong understanding of product development, execution, and program management
- Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders, including customers
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking- able to turn ambiguous problems into clear execution plans
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, product metrics, and AI tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Willingness to travel to industrial sites when required

Bonus points

- Experience in B2B SaaS, Industrial AI, IoT, Manufacturing, Automation, or Enterprise Tech
- Exposure to plant operations, industrial systems, or IT/OT
- Experience with POCs, pilots, implementations, product launches, or GTM enablement
- Ability to build lightweight prototypes, dashboards, workflows, or internal tools
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools and turning ideas into working solutions
- Has shipped something useful quickly and can navigate messy data, ambiguous requirements, and multiple stakeholders
