The base

The position is based in Singapore, at our CapitaGreen office.

The team

Our Central Marketing Teams (Centres of Excellence) roll up under two key functions – Strategic Brand and Proposition & Campaign Marketing, each reporting into the Head of Marketing. As a Proposition Marketing Executive, you will be part of the Proposition Marketing team, one of three functions within the Proposition & Campaign Marketing Team, alongside Content & Insights and Planning. As part of the broader global marketing structure, you will be working in a dynamic, stimulating and collaborative environment. The Proposition Marketing Team is responsible for campaign origination, development, content production, and campaign performance and optimisation.

The Proposition Marketing Team works collaboratively alongside Strategic Brand, Sales Effectiveness, regional channel marketing hubs, Schroders Capital Marketing and the strategic planning function.

The role

The Proposition Marketing Executive supports the development and delivery of marketing campaigns, sales enablement materials and proposition-led marketing initiatives aligned to business priorities.

Working within the agreed marketing operating model, the role contributes to the execution of global and multi-regional campaigns, helping to ensure consistent, high-quality and regionally relevant implementation. Additionally, the role will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of campaign assets when live. The Proposition Marketing Executive plays an important role in translating complex investment and business priorities into clear, engaging marketing content and collateral that supports client engagement and business growth.

The role offers the opportunity to develop proposition marketing expertise within a global asset management business, working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Client Group, Product Strategy and Investment teams to deliver structured, data-informed marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

- Support the development and delivery of global and multi-regional marketing campaigns and sales initiatives aligned to agreed business priorities and brand objectives
- Assist in applying agreed proposition messaging and campaign narratives across campaign assets, ensuring content is clear, compelling and client-focused
- Support the end-to-end execution of assigned campaigns, including briefing and stakeholder coordination, through to ownership of content development, campaign and product asset creation, campaign activation and post-campaign evaluation. This will also include coordinating with agency partners to produce paid media assets across key activation channels.
- Work closely with Client Group, Product Strategy and Investment teams to gather insights and develop marketing materials that effectively communicate investment capabilities and client solutions
- Collaborate with the Campaign Performance Team to support campaign measurement, reporting and optimisation activities, helping to embed a data-led approach to marketing delivery
- Work closely with regional marketing teams to ensure campaigns are delivered consistently, while reflecting local market requirements.
- Own and contribute to the creation of campaign toolkits, sales enablement materials and messaging frameworks to support regional and channel marketing teams
- Be responsible for the production and ongoing maintenance of live proposition and campaign assets, including content updates, version control, accuracy checks, Seismic uploads, expiry dates, stakeholder follow-up and archiving outdated materials.
- Support the adoption and effective use of Seismic as the firm's sales enablement platform, ensuring materials remain up to date and accessible
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across Marketing, including Strategic Brand, Content & Insights and Planning, to ensure integrated campaign delivery
- Maintain high standards of quality, governance and compliance across all marketing outputs
- Keep up to date with market developments, client needs and industry trends to help inform proposition development and campaign activity

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

- Experience in a marketing role, preferably within asset management, financial services or a related B2B environment
- Experience of supporting marketing campaigns, content development and campaign asset creation across multiple marketing channels
- Understanding of investment products, asset classes and/or financial markets, with a willingness to develop deeper expertise
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and engaging content
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Good stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work with colleagues across different functions and levels of seniority

The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help

- Experience within asset management or broader financial services marketing
- Knowledge of institutional, intermediary or wealth management client segments
- Experience working with compliance and regulatory review processes
- Professional qualifications (e.g. IMC, CIM) or a willingness to study towards relevant qualifications
- Experience using marketing technology platforms, CRM systems or sales enablement tools
- Experience in the effective and additive use of generative AI and LLMs in supporting marketing activities
