This is more than a traditional HR role. As a Talent Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to managers and employees, helping to create exceptional employee experiences while contributing to strategic talent initiatives that support business growth and transformation.

- Partner with leaders and employees to support talent management and workforce planning initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate recruitment activities, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from attraction to onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future business needs through proactive sourcing, workforce planning, networking, and succession planning initiatives.
- Drive learning and development initiatives that strengthen capabilities and support career growth.
- Contribute to employer branding and employee engagement programs that make TotalEnergies a great place to work.
- Leverage data and insights to support people decisions and improve HR processes.
- Collaborate with regional and global HR teams on strategic people initiatives.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 8 -10 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Business Partnering or a similar HR role.
- Proven experience building talent pipelines and sourcing strategies across diverse functions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working in a multinational or complex business environment.
