Hours/Shift Pattern : 8am- 4pm/ 9am- 5pm, Monday to Friday

What you'll be doing:

Join Müller’s Total Reward team for a 13-month placement where you’ll help shape how we support and reward our colleagues across the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compensation, benefits, and HR analytics within a dynamic FMCG environment. You’ll work closely with a specialist team, contribute to real business projects, and collaborate with other placement students on a group project — all while developing valuable skills for your future career.

Key tasks & responsibilities include:

- Research & Data Analysis : Support the Total Reward and HR teams with research, data analysis, and project delivery. Produce accurate reports and key insights to inform decision-making.

- Survey & Compliance Support : Help complete annual surveys and compliance documentation, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

- Dashboards & Communication Tools : Collaborate on the creation of engaging dashboards and internal communication tools to keep colleagues informed.

- Marketing & Talent Profiling : Contribute to initiatives that position Müller as an employer of choice by analysing market trends and talent data.

- Pay & Benefits Cycle Support : Assist with the annual pay and benefits review process, ensuring data accuracy and smooth coordination.

- Data Management & Reporting : Build expertise in handling and analysing data sets, especially around compensation and benefits modelling. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

- Collaborative Group Projects : Work with other placement students on a group project, building teamwork and problem-solving skills.

What we're looking for:

Key Skills and Qualities Include:

- Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal abilities

- Data: Comfortable in working with diverse data sets and extracting meaningful insights

- Initiative and teamwork: Capability to work independently and collaboratively

- Organisational skills: Effective time management and high attention to detail

- Project management: Experience or aptitude in managing projects

- Technical proficiency: Competence with Microsoft office and digital tools

- Research and Analysis: Ability to understanding and analyse audience needs

- Adaptability: Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment

- UK Driving License: Must hold a full UK driving licence for at least one year

- UK Residency: Eligibility to work in the UK (Please note this role is not eligible for sponsorship as the salary falls below the required threshold.)
