Location: This is a full-time, permanent and office-based position in Dublin. You must be comfortable working on-site daily.
Salary: €30,000–€38,000

We are recruiting a DSE & Enablement Healthy Working Advisor to join the workplace health and wellbeing team of a major international organisation in Dublin.

This is a permanent, full-time position supporting employees with Display Screen Equipment assessments, workplace ergonomics, reasonable adjustments and wider healthy-working requirements.

The role suits someone with hands-on DSE assessment experience in a corporate environment who enjoys working directly with employees to resolve workplace comfort, ergonomic, and accessibility issues.

You will work with employees who may require additional support due to musculoskeletal concerns, pregnancy, neurodiversity, disability or other health-related requirements, helping identify appropriate workplace adjustments and practical solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

You will:

- Conduct individual DSE and Healthy Working Assessments
- Carry out assessments for high-risk employees and new and expectant mothers
- Support employees requiring workplace enablement or reasonable adjustments
- Review workstation setups and identify ergonomic risks or areas for improvement
- Recommend appropriate ergonomic equipment, furniture and workplace adjustments
- Conduct both face-to-face and video-based assessments
- Produce clear, accurate assessment reports and document recommendations
- Manage follow-up assessments and individual cases through to resolution
- Work with HR, Health & Safety, Office Operations and Technology teams where required
- Support employees with more complex health, accessibility or neurodiverse requirements
- Assist with the organisation's on-site Accessibility Centre
- Deliver employee drop-in sessions and guide healthy working practices
- Liaise with specialist external providers where additional support is required
- Support employees at Dublin offices and occasionally at other Dublin client locations

What we’re looking for:

Ideally, you will have at least one year of practical experience carrying out DSE or Healthy Working Assessments.

You should have:

- Experience conducting DSE/workstation assessments
- A good understanding of workplace ergonomics
- Knowledge of ergonomic equipment and furniture
- An understanding of workplace Health & Safety requirements
- Confidence dealing directly with employees, including individuals with more complex health or accessibility needs
- Strong written communication and report-writing skills
- Good organisational and case-management skills
- Confidence working independently and managing your own appointment schedule
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams and related workplace systems

Experience using DSE assessment platforms such as Cardinus would be advantageous.

Candidates from Physiotherapy, Occupational Health, Occupational Therapy, Ergonomics or similar backgrounds may also be considered where they can demonstrate relevant workplace assessment experience.
