Iron Mountain is seeking a dependable Logistics Supervisor to join our Logistics and Operations team. In this role, you’ll lead our local fleet operations and driver team to ensure every vehicle is safe, compliant, and operating at peak performance. Grounded in our commitment to reliability and customer trust, your daily leadership will directly keep our local logistics chain moving smoothly and securely. You’ll have the opportunity to optimize daily routes, manage key vendor partnerships, and foster a safety-first culture across the entire team.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities )

In this role, you will:

- Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee driver scheduling, vehicle assignments, and routing to ensure timely local service and efficient resource use.
- Oversee Fleet Maintenance: Coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as the main liaison for internal technicians and external vendors.
- Drive Performance Analytics: Track and analyze weekly fleet metrics like fuel usage, repair costs, and vehicle uptime to identify cost-saving improvements.
- Maintain Compliance & Safety: Ensure all vehicles and drivers meet DOT regulations, internal safety standards, and environmental protocols.
- Support & Mentor Team: Lead dispatches and drivers by promoting accountability, professional growth, and a strong culture of safety.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

- Several years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation operations.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance systems and transport safety regulations.
- Proven ability in team leadership and vendor management to enhance operational efficiency.
- Very good level of English proficiency.
