Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Service Specialist to join our Global Records Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse asset tracking, managing shipping and receiving schedules, and executing physical asset storage and destruction workflows.

You will join a dedicated operational team focused on maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy, spatial efficiency, and facility protection.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

- Manage Warehouse Operations & Space: Coordinate shipping and receiving schedules to regulate warehouse space utilization, oversee the receipt and storage of assets, and process physical items for secure storage or destruction.
- Collaborate on Asset Tracking: Partner with internal teams and logistics partners to account for all assets within the facility, conduct thorough audits of incoming goods, and maintain accurate operational reports.
- Ensure Compliance & Facility Safety: Execute daily tasks in strict accordance with established operating procedures, maintaining safety standards and protecting facility equipment.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

- Relevant Experience: 2+ years of experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or shipping and receiving operations.
- Strong Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations for data entry, asset tracking, and schedule coordination.
- Proven Ability: Proven ability in auditing inventory, organizing spatial layouts, and managing time-sensitive logistics workflows.
- Educational Foundation: High School Diploma or equivalent credential required.

Reasonably expected salary range: $48,200.00 - $60,300.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
