Industrial Complex, Riyadh
The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.
Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.
The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.
Job Purpose
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities by guiding technicians and operators, ensuring adherence to production plans, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Key Accountability Areas
Production Execution and Coordination
- Coordinate daily production activities to ensure tasks are executed according to production plans and schedules
- Allocate work assignments to technicians and operators based on priorities and resource availability
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production tasks
Team Supervision
- Supervise technicians and operators during shifts to ensure adherence to work instructions and production requirements
- Provide guidance and support to resolve operational issues during production
- Monitor attendance and ensure adequate manpower coverage during shifts
Process and Performance Monitoring
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to operating parameters and standards
- Identify deviations in production and take immediate corrective actions
- Report production performance, delays, and issues to the Supervisor
Quality Control
- Ensure production outputs meet required quality standards and specifications
- Verify that work is performed in accordance with approved procedures and instructions
- Coordinate with quality teams to address and resolve non-conformities
Health, Safety, and Environment
- Ensure all team members follow health and safety procedures during operations
- Monitor workplace conditions and address unsafe practices or hazards
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Coordination and Communication
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve equipment or process-related issues
- Ensure proper shift handovers and communication of production status and issues
- Support implementation of production-related instructions and updates
Continuous Improvement Support
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow, reduce delays, and enhance efficiency
- Support implementation of improvement actions within the production area
Role Accountability
HR Proficiency:
- Training subordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
- Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
- Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale and motivation of subordinates.
Delivery:
- Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
- Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
- Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
Problem-Solving:
- Resolve any related problems that arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
Quality:
- Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
Business Process Improvements:
- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
Compliance:
- Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions.
Safety:
- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
Academic Qualification
Diploma Degree in Electrical Institute or Any relevant field
