Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for a Signaling Design Engineer - Wayside for our team in Bangkok.

The key responsibilities include:

- Analyze and evaluate customer requirements related to signalling systems, translating them into effective technical solutions and system concepts.
- Develop, review, and maintain signalling engineering documentation, including system designs, interface specifications, integration plans, and validation plans.
- Lead the technical coordination of the signalling system and its interfaces, ensuring seamless integration with other railway subsystems.
- Manage and execute signalling work packages in line with project cost, schedule, and quality targets, while supporting engineering, testing, validation, and approval activities.
- Drive successful project delivery by optimizing installation planning and supporting installation, testing, commissioning, and related activities to achieve project objectives and performance standards.

Use your skills to move the world forward

- Bachelor’s degree in Railway Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in railway signalling design, with strong knowledge of signalling principles, system architecture, interfaces, and integration with other railway subsystems.
- Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing signalling engineering documentation, including system designs, interface specifications, integration plans, validation plans, and technical reports.
- Strong project execution and coordination skills, with the ability to manage work packages, prioritize tasks, and deliver projects within schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
- Experience supporting signalling installation, testing, commissioning, validation, and approval activities, with excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
