What you'll be doing

As an Assistant Vice President within the Security Compliance & Testing team, you will support the delivery of key cybersecurity governance, compliance and assurance activities across CLS. You will work closely with security stakeholders, second-line risk teams, Internal Audit and external parties to strengthen the organization's cyber risk and control environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the development, maintenance and review of cybersecurity policies and procedures.

- Managing cyber policy exceptions and dispensations, ensuring appropriate governance and oversight.

- Assisting with the testing and assessment of cybersecurity control effectiveness.

- Supporting phishing awareness campaigns and cyber risk training initiatives across the organization.

- Coordinating regulatory and vendor cyber due diligence activities, questionnaires and attestations.

- Building productive relationships with security stakeholders, second-line functions and Internal Audit.

- Contributing to continuous improvements in CLS's cyber risk management and control framework.

- Increasing awareness and understanding of cyber risks and controls across the business.

What we are looking for

- 3+ years' experience in cybersecurity governance, compliance, risk management, resilience, or testing.

- Experience within financial services, financial market infrastructures (FMIs), central banks, regulators, or other organizations operating within the CLS ecosystem is highly desirable.

- Experience in one or more of the following areas:

Cybersecurity policy and procedure development.

- Policy compliance oversight, exception management and governance.

- Cybersecurity control testing and assurance activities.

- Phishing awareness and cyber risk training programmes.

- Cyber governance activities and awareness campaigns.

- Regulatory and vendor cyber due diligence and attestations.
