⭐ WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of Puritan Cleaners for our customers.

You'll:

- Welcome customers and provide friendly, helpful service at the counter

- Listen to customers and understand their cleaning and garment-care needs

- Carefully inspect and detail garments so orders are processed quickly and accurately

- Answer questions and help resolve customer concerns

- Make sure garments are properly identified, processed, and prepared for cleaning

- Keep the counter and store organized and running smoothly

- Build relationships with customers and create an experience that keeps them coming back

Qualifications

Qualifications:

- Friendly, positive attitude with a smile.

- Community-oriented and dependable.

- Attention to detail and a neat appearance.

- Available for alternate weekend shifts and mornings/afternoons.

- Willingness to learn and support others.

- Retail/customer service experience is a plus but not required—training is provided.

Physical Requirements:

- Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and garment handling.

- Occasional sitting, climbing stairs, kneeling, and stooping.
