Warehouse Operative

Location: Coatbridge
Work Pattern: 25 Hours per Week,
10:45-14:45 - Monday to Friday
09:00-14:00 Sunday
Rate of Pay: £13.07 per hour

Summary of Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team in Coatbridge. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy, and enjoys working as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of warehouse activities.

Responsibilities

- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Receive, unload, and store deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Conduct stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure products are handled and stored in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely following training and procedures.
- Support colleagues and contribute to achieving team targets.
- Adhere to all health and safety policies and site regulations.

- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.

- Experience using warehouse management systems.
