Job Details

This role is in support of American Health Packaging, a Cencora business offering pharma packaging services in the US.

Shift Details: Monday to Friday 8:00am to $30pm or Finish.

Pay Details : Pay starting at $23.55

Responsibilities

- Documents maintenance activities and updates records to ensure accuracy and traceability.
- Communicates with team members to confirm task requirements and coordinate work activities.
- Escalates complex equipment or system issues with clear details and supporting observations.
- Participates in training and knowledge sharing to build technical capability and consistency.

Education

- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required

Skills & Knowledge:

- 3+ years of experience in production operations, manufacturing, supply chain operations, production planning, or a related field required.
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Able to interpret technical documents, diagrams, and instructions to complete work accurately.
- Capable of analyzing mechanical and electrical systems to support maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experienced in troubleshooting automated systems, including PLC-controlled and computer-based equipment.
- Applies numerical reasoning and basic calculations to support daily operational tasks.
- Communicates clearly in both written and verbal formats to coordinate work and document activities.
- Works collaboratively with team members to support maintenance and production goals.
- Organizes work effectively with strong attention to detail and task prioritization.
- Uses structured problem-solving skills to resolve operational and equipment-related issues.
- Able to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Provides guidance and instruction to less-experienced team members on standard work practices.
- Reviews completed work to ensure it meets operational and quality expectations.
- Responds to operational needs with urgency, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Supports continuous improvement and adjusts effectively to changing work conditions.
- Follows safe work practices when operating tools, equipment, and systems.
- Identifies safety concerns and communicates corrective actions to help maintain a safe work environment.
- Utilizes computer systems and standard software tools to support day-to-day operations.
