Main Responsibilities:
- Providing Technical support for Data, Internet, Camera, VOIP, Sound network hardware
- Providing 1st level support and limited training for the Property Management, Maintenance, Inventory, Point of Sale and Payroll applications, and some Microsoft products
- Fixing and Maintaining Hardware and Software problems on Computers, Other network or standalone devices and Printers
- Fixing and Maintaining cabling infrastructure
- Provide Technical support after hours and on weekends when required
- Basic Administration of Networks
Requirements:
- Must reside in Barbados
- Two Years’ experience in a similar position
- A+ and Network + Certification
- Knowledge of Helpdesk or Maintenance Applications
- Work experience with operating systems, computer hardware, system files, maintenance, networking, configuration of hardware and software, and troubleshooting computer problems
- Team oriented with excellent communication, interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where meeting deadlines, multitasking, problem solving and attention to detail are essential
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
