Job Summary
Visa is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Risk & Identity Solutions (RaIS) Growth Marketing Manager to lead demand generation, market education, and client engagement programs across the Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa (CEMEA) region.
Reporting to the Director, VAS Growth Marketing, this role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, demand, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution for Visa's Risk & Identity Solutions portfolio, including fraud prevention, cybersecurity, authentication, identity, and risk management capabilities.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with regional Product, Sales, GTM, and Global Marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, events, and sales enablement programs that accelerate customer acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities across financial institutions, fintechs, acquirers, merchants, and ecosystem partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Adapt and execute regional growth marketing programs for Visa Risk & Identity Solutions aligned to business priorities, revenue goals, and market opportunities across CEMEA.
- Develop integrated marketing plans and customer journeys that drive awareness, engagement, demand generation, and pipeline acceleration.
- Build and execute multi-channel campaigns leveraging digital marketing, webinars, content syndication, paid media, account-based marketing (ABM), executive engagement, and thought leadership.
- Partner with Product Marketing and regional stakeholders to localize global campaigns and ensure relevance to local market needs and customer priorities.
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth:
- Create and execute demand generation programs that contribute measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Partner with Sales and GTM teams to identify priority accounts, industries, and growth opportunities.
- Drive marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline through targeted customer acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize investments based on business impact, conversion metrics, and ROI.
Content Strategy & Sales Enablement:
- Localize and adapt marketing content, messaging, case studies, whitepapers, customer stories, and sales assets for regional audiences.
- Develop market-specific materials that support client conversations and sales engagement.
- Collaborate with product experts and external agencies to create compelling thought leadership and educational content that positions Visa as a trusted partner in risk management and identity solutions.
- Enable regional sales teams with customer-facing assets, competitive insights, presentations, and campaign toolkits.
Events & Executive Engagement:
- Lead alignment and execution of Visa-hosted and third-party events, including industry conferences, executive roundtables, customer workshops, and webinars.
- Manage pre-event planning, audience acquisition, onsite activation, and post-event follow-up to maximize customer engagement and pipeline conversion.
- Partner with sales teams to create targeted executive engagement programs for strategic customer accounts.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Collaborate closely with regional Sales, Product, GTM, Communications, and Global Marketing teams to ensure alignment on business priorities and campaign execution.
- Act as the regional marketing point of contact for Risk & Identity Solutions initiatives.
- Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver programs efficiently and effectively.
Measurement & Optimization:
- Establish KPIs and performance dashboards to track program success.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, engagement metrics, and ROI.
- Share insights, learnings, and best practices with regional and global stakeholders.
- Use data-driven decision making to continuously improve performance and business outcomes.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager
Qualifications
- Relevant marketing or similar Bachelor Degree
- 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in B2B marketing or communications, preferably within Financial Services, Payments, or Technology sectors.
- Proven ability to engage, influence, and partner with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of the financial services audience, including banks, issuers, processors, fintechs, and risk management stakeholders.
- Executive presence with outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to present and influence at all levels.
- Highly collaborative, energetic, and solutions-oriented, adds value to team and organizational culture.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, data-driven with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
- Culturally aware, with experience working across global and regional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience marketing fraud, cybersecurity, authentication, identity, risk management, or financial technology or technology solutions.
- Deep experience in marketing strategy, go-to-market planning, demand generation, and launching new products and solutions.
