As Excellence Manager Performance, you will manage relationships with logistics service providers (LSPs) across several customer accounts. You will work closely with account management and control tower operations in Wrocław, taking ownership of carrier performance and helping resolve issues before they affect customers. This is an individual contributor role within the account management team, with no direct reports.
## How you create impact
- Monitor carrier performance against agreed KPIs, investigate gaps and drive improvement actions with LSPs and operational teams.
- Lead regular performance meetings with carriers, following up on commitments and recurring issues.
- Ensure carriers provide accurate shipment status updates and other required data, and resolve connectivity or data quality issues.
- Support the onboarding of new LSPs, including operational processes, systems, training and agreed procedures.
- Work with operations and account management to manage escalations, transport disruptions and contingency plans.
- Use transport data and market knowledge to identify risks and opportunities for customers.
- Contribute to transport tenders and procurement activities in cooperation with the relevant specialist teams.
- Help improve and automate carrier processes and shipment visibility.
## What we would like you to bring
- At least three to five years of relevant experience in logistics or transport operations, carrier management, freight forwarding, continuous improvement or a related field.
- A bachelor’s degree, ideally in logistics, supply chain management, business or a related discipline.
- A good understanding of transport operations and carrier performance; experience with European road transport or a 4PL environment is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and the confidence to lead discussions, make decisions and follow through on actions independently.
- Fluent business English. French is an advantage.
