## Job Description
We are looking for a mid-level Oracle Service Cloud Developer with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Service / Oracle Service Cloud development, configuration, integrations, and production support. The candidate will work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, architects, integration teams, and business stakeholders to develop and enhance customer service solutions based on business requirements.
## Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Oracle Service Cloud / Oracle Fusion Service solutions.
- Configure service-related objects, custom objects, custom fields, layouts, validations, workflows, and business rules.
- Work with Application Composer for application extensions and configuration.
- Develop and maintain Groovy scripts for validations, calculations, triggers, and business logic.
- Configure and support service processes including: Service Requests
- Queues
- Assignments
- SLAs
- Entitlements
- Knowledge Management
- Customer and Contact Management
- Escalations and Notifications

- Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JSON, and XML .
- Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for inbound and outbound integrations.
- Integrate Oracle Service with Oracle ERP, Sales, Subscription Management, CPQ, and external applications.
- Support data migration, bulk uploads, and data-import activities.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher .
- Troubleshoot application, integration, workflow, and data-related issues.
- Participate in technical design, development, unit testing, SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support.
- Resolve defects and support enhancements and change requests.
- Prepare technical design documents, configuration documents, deployment documents, and support documentation.
- Coordinate with functional teams to understand requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Service Cloud / Oracle Fusion Service .
- Strong understanding of Oracle Service processes and configuration.
- Experience with Application Composer .
- Hands-on experience with Groovy scripting .
- Experience with Service Requests, Queues, Assignment Rules, SLAs, Entitlements, and Knowledge Management.
- Experience with custom objects, fields, workflows, validations, and page layouts.
- Good knowledge of REST APIs and SOAP Web Services .
- Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) .
- Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher .
- Experience with data migration and data-import activities.
- Understanding of Oracle Fusion roles, privileges, security, and data access.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Good understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to Oracle Redwood UX .
- Exposure to Visual Builder / Visual Builder Studio .
- Knowledge of Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM).
- Experience integrating Oracle Service with Oracle Sales, CPQ, ERP, Subscription Management, or third-party systems.
- Exposure to customer portals, self-service solutions, warranties, claims, and entitlement processes.
- Oracle Fusion Service certification would be an added advantage.

## Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on Oracle Service Cloud Developer capable of independently managing development, configuration, integrations, reporting, troubleshooting, and production-support activities. The candidate should have a strong understanding of customer service processes and be able to work effectively with both functional and technical teams to deliver scalable and supportable Oracle Service solutions.
