Job Description
- Lead SAP FICO implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from finance stakeholders.
- Design and configure SAP FICO solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
- Manage end-to-end Finance and Controlling business processes, including integration with other SAP modules.
- Provide functional leadership for SAP S/4HANA transformation and migration projects.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit requirements, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, PP, WM, Treasury, and Basis.
- Lead user training, testing activities, and production support.
- Resolve complex functional issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Mentor junior consultants and support team members.
