Job Title:  Language-Enabled OSINT Collector
Location: Reston, VA
Onsite
Salary: $100,000–$105,000/year
Clearance: Active TS/SCI required

Job Summary
We are seeking a Language-Enabled OSINT Collector to support a government customer’s mission-critical Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) collection efforts in Reston, VA.

The ideal candidate will have strong Intelligence Community experience, foreign-language research capabilities, OSINT collection experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance. This role will involve researching foreign-language open sources, developing collection plans, analyzing information, and producing OSINT reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct OSINT collection using MAS and other OSINT tools.
- Research and analyze foreign-language open sources.
- Develop collection plans based on intelligence requirements.
- Identify, interpret, and contextualize relevant information.
- Draft Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs) and other intelligence products.
- Support OSINT analytical production through targeted research and collection.
- Conduct quality reviews and provide language-based insights.
- Apply foreign-language expertise to intelligence collection and reporting.
- Follow applicable Defense Intelligence reporting standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with analysts, collectors, and other mission personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
- Must be able to obtain a polygraph.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- 8+ years of OSINT collection, research, analysis, and reporting experience.
- Recent OSINT experience required, including experience within the last 2 years.
- Intelligence Community (IC) experience required.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Foreign-language capability in Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Arabic, or another required language.
- Ability to obtain and maintain ILR/DLPT language certification as required.
- English proficiency of approximately ILR 3+ reading/listening and ILR 3+ writing.
- Strong research, analytical, writing, and communication skills.
Important Note
Candidates must be able to work onsite in Reston, VA and must already possess an active TS/SCI clearance .
