Job Summary
We are seeking a Language-Enabled OSINT Collector – WMD Focused to support a government customer’s mission-critical Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) collection efforts in Reston, VA.

This role will conduct OSINT collection using MAS and other OSINT tools, with a specific focus on Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) and CBRNE (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and high-yield Explosives) activities.

The ideal candidate will have Intelligence Community experience, foreign-language OSINT experience , WMD/CBRNE knowledge, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct OSINT collection using MAS and other OSINT tools.
- Research and analyze foreign-language open sources.
- Conduct targeted research related to WMD, CBRNE, proliferation, development, acquisition, and production.
- Develop specialized OSINT collection plans based on intelligence requirements.
- Draft Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs) and other intelligence products.
- Support OSINT analytical production through targeted research and collection.
- Provide foreign-language and subject-matter expertise related to WMD/CBRNE topics.
- Review OSIRs and provide relevant language and contextual insights.
- Identify and interpret information relevant to WMD and CBRNE intelligence requirements.
- Follow applicable Defense Intelligence reporting standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with analysts, collectors, and mission personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
- Must be able to obtain a polygraph.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- 8+ years of OSINT collection, research, analysis, and reporting experience.
- Recent OSINT experience, including experience within the last 2 years.
- Intelligence Community (IC) experience required.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Foreign-language capability in Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Arabic, or another required language.
- Ability to obtain and maintain ILR/DLPT language certification.
- Knowledge or experience related to WMD, CBRNE, proliferation, or related intelligence topics.
- Strong research, analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Reston, VA.
