Senior Networking and IoT Engineer

Currently, we are looking for a Senior Networking and IoT Engineer to join our team in Pune, India.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious engineer to improve their skills and be part of the technical support for innovative networking devices.

In this role, you will:

- Attend pre-sales and post-sales in-person or remote communication with local market customers.
- Self-sufficiently resolve technical issues arising from customer's configuration, firmware/software, other sources.
- Conduct training sessions for employees and clients on Teltonika Networks products, solutions, and their applications.
- Act as a key link between Teltonika Networks R&D/HQ and customers, facilitating the resolution of complex technical challenges.
- Work with Linux-based OS, industrial protocols, various networking services and protocols, and occasional 3rd-party peripherals.
- Support customers throughout the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle by providing technical guidance and addressing their queries.
- Willingness to travel to client locations based on business requirements.

What we expect of you:

- Good communication skills, etiquette, ability and desire to help others.
- Knowledge of Computer Networking, high level telecommunication systems, and technologies.
- Fluent in English and Hindi language.
- Higher or equivalent technical / engineering education.
- Experience working with routers is an asset .
- Capability of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in CCNA or similar courses would be considered an advantage.
- Experience in technical support would be considered an advantage.
