Role
Business Finance Professional to support PBU finance team. This would involve partnering with business team, ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising timelines and quality of work.
A purpose driven role for you
Periodic accounting, reporting and data analysis (P&L management & analysis, month-end closing, dealer payout reconciliation & verification, establishing financial processes for dealer offers/incentives, etc.)
Drive Process improvements and Simplification
Handling data requirements of internal and external auditors for smooth closing of PBU audits
Managing the Annual Budgeting Process, P&L outlook
Manage ad-hoc requirements (e.g. business case analysis for channel partners, reconciliations for one-off changes in tax structure, etc.)

Academic Qualification & Experience
CA
1-4 years of post-qualification relevant experience
Technical Skills/Knowledge
- Strong financial acumen including familiarity with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis as well financial modelling
- Ability to work in SAP
- Adequate knowledge of accounting standards
- Prior experience in Business Partnering and Commercial finance will be an added advantage
Behavioural Skills
- Strong multi-tasking and project management skills
- Analytical and detail oriented
- Ability to adapt and succeed in a constantly changing environment and industry
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
