Responsibilities:
- Leads and owns high complexity R&D Projects, including NPD, VAVE, and cost saving
- Defines manufacturing processes and technologies
- Is responsible for all phases of IM moulds development from supplier selection to mould design, until validation and release to production
- Collaborates with other plant functions on identifying optimization and improvements on products and processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master degree in a scientific field, preferably in Engineering or Chemistry
- Good knowledge of the Czech language
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Relevant experience in Project management with a track record of successful complex projects
- Experience in structured/multi-cultural/globally operating business
- Good technical knowledge of injection molding and plastics
