Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a global IT strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives
- Management and prioritization of the global IT demand and project portfolio
- Leadership and development of international teams in IT Business Partnering and Project Management
- Translation of business requirements into scalable IT solutions and ensuring their successful implementation
- Establishment of efficient processes, governance structures and standards to continuously enhance the global IT organization
- Responsibility for stakeholder management, resources, budgets and risks as well as driving innovation and harmonization across the global IT landscape
Qualifications:
- Several years of leadership experience in international IT organizations with a focus on business partnering, demand management, or portfolio management
- Proven success in leading and developing teams within global matrix structures.
- Ability to translate business strategies into effective IT initiatives and sustainable business success
- Strong skills in engaging with senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional collaboration
- Strategic mindset, strong execution skills, and a strong drive to shape the future
- Confident demeanor, persuasiveness, and a passion for actively driving change
