## Our Team, Your Impact

Teva Global Operations (TGO) is seeking an analytically sharp, process-driven leader to serve as Strategy Development and Deployment Lead for its Supply Chain team. This role serves as the strategic advisor and thought partner to the Head of Global Supply Chain, helping shape the function's long-term direction while driving disciplined execution of strategic priorities.

The role sits at the intersection of strategy, performance management, transformation, and leadership support. Working closely with Supply Chain leadership and key stakeholders across Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Finance, Commercial and Digital, the incumbent will help define the future Supply Chain agenda, translate strategy into actionable plans, and ensure execution against the priorities that matter most.

Success in this role requires the ability to connect enterprise strategy with operational realities, synthesize complex information into actionable insights, influence senior stakeholders, and drive alignment across a highly matrixed global organization.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

- Strategic Advisory & Business Insights : Serve as a trusted advisor to the Head of Global Supply Chain and Supply Chain Leadership Team on strategic priorities, emerging risks, and business performance. Drive strategic assessments and analyses to identify opportunities to improve service, cost, inventory, resilience, and network effectiveness. Evaluate market trends, competitive benchmarks, and industry best practices to shape strategic decision making. Partner with Finance and functional leaders to develop business cases, evaluate investment opportunities, and ensure strategic initiatives deliver measurable value. Translate complex operational and performance data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership
- Strategy Development & Planning: Lead deployment of the Global Supply Chain strategy, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into measurable objectives, clear accountabilities, and executable plans. Establish and manage the operating rhythm that connects Long Range Planning (LRP), Annual Operating Planning (AOP), performance management, and strategy execution. Drive visibility and accountability for strategic commitments through KPI tracking, milestone management, and value realization reporting. Facilitate leadership reviews and performance discussions, ensuring focus on critical priorities, risks, decisions, and corrective actions. Identify strategic interdependencies and execution risks across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Commercial functions.
- Strategy Deployment & Performance Management: Establish and drive the strategy deployment framework across Global Supply Chain. Ensure strategic priorities are cascaded into functional objectives, KPIs, and execution plans. Ensure performance is tracked against strategic commitments and value creation objectives. Lead preparation and facilitation of strategy reviews, performance reviews, and leadership forums. Identify risks, interdependencies, and execution gaps and drive corrective actions with functional leaders
- Transformation & Strategic Initiative Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional supply chain transformation initiatives spanning planning, logistics, customer service, digital, inventory, network optimization, and operational excellence. Drive governance and oversight of key strategic programs, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes. Support development of business cases, investment decisions, and prioritization recommendations. Partner with functional leaders to ensure resources, capabilities, and organizational enablers are in place to execute strategic priorities
- Organizational Effectiveness & Capability Building: Help strengthen strategic planning, performance management, and decision-making capabilities across the organization. Embed a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and fact-based decision making. Foster collaboration across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Commercial, Finance, and Digital functions

## Your Skills and Experience

- Strategic l eadership e xperience: 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or management consulting; background in Operations/Commercial preferred. Exposure to enterprise or functional strategy work in a global environment highly valued
- Transformation m indset & analytical thinking : Demonstrated ability to understand and synthesize functional strategies into a cohesive narrative that aligns with broader organizational goals. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate complex data into actionable insights and communication materials
- Cross- f unctional p rogram coordination : Experience coordinating initiatives across multiple functions and regions. Skilled at managing deliverables and interdependencies in a matrixed setting
- Financial & b usiness a cumen: Strong understanding of financial principles and operational drivers. Comfortable working with budgets, business cases, and performance data to support executive insights and decision-making
- Global m indset: Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones in a multinational organization. Experience working with global teams and stakeholders
- Communication & narrative development: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling, executive-level presentations that distill complex strategies into clear, aligned narratives
- Influencing in a matrixed environment: Strong interpersonal presence with the ability to influence across functions and levels, without direct authority. Skilled at building trust, aligning diverse perspectives, and fostering collaboration across a global, matrixed organization
- Continuous improvement focus: Proven experience in process optimization and embedding continuous improvement practices into team operations
- Other skills: High energy, intellectually curious, and collaborative team player. Demonstrated sound judgment, integrity, and resilience.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% globally

## Education & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field required .
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred , especially with a focus in strategy, operations management, or organizational leadership
