About this role
We are a growing company specializing in professional cleaning and sanitation in the production industry.
👉 About the role:
- Coordinate and lead the daily cleaning and disinfection operation, working operationally alongside the team
- Allocate tasks, follow up employees, and carry out basic quality control of completed work
- Perform deep cleaning of production buildings using high-pressure water systems during scheduled night shifts
- Apply approved cleaning agents, detergents, and disinfectants following established sanitation protocols
- Carry out chemical sanitation procedures in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations.
💰 What we offer:
- Hourly Rate: 330 NOK/hour (gross) + bonus supplement
- Full-time position
- Location: Rogaland area
- Start Date: January 2027

✔️ Requirements:
- Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning, ideally in a supervisory or team leader capacity
- Comfortable operating high-pressure washing equipment and handling industrial cleaning chemicals.
- Physically fit and able to work in demanding production environments.
- Comfortable working full-time night shifts.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Valid driving licence required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
