Education
• This position requires, at minimum, an engineering degree or equivalent experience.
Skills and Abilities
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.
• Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from management teams, clients, and the general public.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, as well as fundamentals of plane and spatial geometry and trigonometry.
• Ability to apply concepts like fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
• Ability to solve practical problems and manage various concrete variables in situations where standardization is limited.
• Ability to interpret various instructions presented in writing, orally, through diagrams, or in schedules.
Experience
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance and tool shop operations.
