Night Auditor / Night Receptionist – L Hotel Fátima

About L Hotel Fátima: The Lakhani Group (TLG) is opening L Hotel Fátima on 12 October 2026, and we are building our founding team.

The Night Auditor runs the front desk overnight, looks after guest safety and closes the day's accounts. You will be the hotel's point of contact from late evening to early morning. Shift: nights (approx. 23:00–07:00), rotating. Reports to: Hotel Manager.

Key responsibilities:
• Manage late arrivals, early departures and all front desk duties overnight
• Run the night audit: reconcile room revenue, payments and cash, and close the business day in the PMS
• Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue and arrivals/departures for management
• Carry out security rounds and respond to alarms, emergencies or disturbances
• Handle overnight guest requests, wake-up calls and early breakfast packs
• Hand over clearly to the morning Receptionist

Applications are reviewed daily and interviews run on a rolling basis until positions are filled.

### Requirements
• Fluent Portuguese and good English
• Experience in hotel reception or night audit; strong attention to detail with numbers
• Confident with PMS software, Excel and cash handling
• Reliable, independent and able to work alone at night
• Available for permanent or rotating night shifts, weekends and holidays
• Nice to have: basic accounting knowledge; first aid or fire safety training
