We are seeking an innovative, driven, and highly motivated person to join our high-performing in-house sourcing team. You will support recruiters in identifying and attracting talent for roles across our state-of-the-art Gigafactory. Your curiosity, structure, and commitment to a strong candidate experience will help us keep hiring at Tesla speed.

- Support high-volume active sourcing across multiple roles at the same time
- Partner with recruiters (and hiring managers where needed) to build and run sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing channels to identify and attract passive talent
- Reach out to candidates and support first-touch communication
- Conduct screening calls to assess fit, with guidance from the recruiting team
- Keep accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep recruiters updated
- Help gather market insights and simple sourcing data to inform search strategy
- Support recruitment projects and process improvements
- Deliver a strong candidate experience at every touchpoint

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g. Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or similar)
- Genuine interest in talent acquisition / active sourcing; Experience in recruiting or HR is a plus
- Available for a 6-month full-time internship, onsite at Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg, starting as soon as possible
- Proficient in English. German is preferred.
- Proficient in Excel and AI tools
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn ATS and sourcing tools quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt quickly to new technologies
- Candidates are expected to uphold and actively promote sustainability principles in their daily work, operating in line with Tesla Global Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) Policy and EMAS requirements, fostering a culture of continuous environmental improvement.
