Earn $35.00-$41.00 per hour based on experience, plus additional earnings through shift differentials, weekend premiums, holiday pay, and on-call incentives. Tudor Oaks Senior Living Community is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team on day, evening, and overnight shifts . Sign-on bonus opportunities up to $5,000 for eligible positions.

Your Impact
As an RN, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the health, comfort, and quality of life of our residents by:
- Delivering professional nursing care in a senior living environment
- Assessing resident needs and monitoring changes in condition
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Collaborating with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Supporting residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being
Qualifications
Required
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin or eligibility to transfer an active out-of-state license
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric settings
- Knowledge of resident-centered senior care practices

Available Shifts
We are currently hiring for:
- AM Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- PM Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
- Overnight Shift: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Positions are available on a full-time, part-time, and PRN basis . Weekend and holiday rotation may be required based on the position and schedule selected.
