Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance with SCI is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

A Proposal Specialist is responsible for coordinating and preparing comprehensive proposals in response to client requests, ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements, while effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's products and services.

The SC&I SBD team develops and executes winning capture strategies that support our capture process for six business areas across diverse markets including DoD, national security space and intelligence community.
A Proposal Specialist is responsible for coordinating and preparing comprehensive proposals in response to client requests, ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements, while effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's products and services.
Ideal candidate will be adept in applying demonstrated AI applocation(s) to proposal preparation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engages in various proposal activities, including document preparation, insertion of graphics, editing, and formatting documents.
- Responsible for submitting 100% compliant proposals.
- Coordinates, assembles, checks, and schedules administrative functions in support of the production of assigned proposals.
- Creates outlines for sections of a proposal to serve as a key document design and control medium.
- Coordinates with Security and IT organizations to maintain control of author access to folders and facilities.
- Coordinates the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments.
- Facilitates and coordinates proposal team communications.
- Develops any required custom templates and formats.
- Develops, plans, and schedules proposals.
- Supports building the proposal compliance matrix and tracks the fulfillment of all requirements.
- Participates in the creation of oral proposal materials, including PowerPoint charts, notes, and scripts.
- Ensures that review comments are incorporated into the proposal.
- Participates in reviews of storyboards and proposal sections to ensure formatting requirements are adequately addressed and that customer page limits are not exceeded.
- Supports writing, editing, and rewriting efforts, working with Volume Leaders to ensure inter-volume compatibility.

## Combined Salary Range
USD $100,504.00 - USD $108,749.00 /Yr.
