Summary of Essential Functions for the Position:
The Orders Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring orders are processed and obtained with appropriate signatures and within appropriate guidelines of the Agency.
Qualifications
Qualifications / Licensure / Certification / Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Healthcare or home care experience, preferred
- Must be well organized and demonstrate attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team environment and with deadlines
- Able to work remotely and independently to meet critical needs
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written with excellent interpersonal skills
- Must demonstrate good customer relations skills and a commitment to providing quality service
- Proficient with a computer and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook software
- Acceptance and ability to demonstrate and support the core values and goals of Agency
- Valid drivers license, automobile liability insurance and reliable transportation required
- Travel may be required
Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
Working environment is relatively quiet and can be stressful due to deadlines, multiple tasks and general compliance of law, rules and regulations. The position requires visual acuity and dexterity, sitting, standing, some pushing, pulling and lifting up to 25 pounds. Auto related accidents possible.
