We're currently looking for a Junior Influencer Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you'll own a portfolio of strategic creator partnerships for the German market and play a key part in driving revenue growth, brand awareness, and lasting business impact through high-performing influencer collaborations.

Your tasks

- You own and develop a portfolio of strategic creator partnerships with clearly defined revenue, performance, and growth targets.
- You identify, pitch, and secure creator collaborations with high potential and measurable business impact.
- You lead contract and terms negotiations independently, striking the right balance between building lasting relationships, company goals, and profitability.
- You build and nurture long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and partners, with a clear focus on growth.
- You manage influencer campaigns with a particular focus on performance, ROI, reach, engagement, and revenue contribution.
- You analyze campaign and creator performance and turn the results into concrete actions to optimize and scale.

Your profile

- You have 1–2 years of professional experience in sales, account management, partnership management, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, media sales, or similar commercially focused roles.
- You hold a degree in marketing, economics, business administration, or a related field.
- You work in a data-driven way, analyze KPIs with confidence, and can translate insights into concrete actions.
- You have a strong understanding of the German digital, creator, and beauty landscape.
- You have a hands-on mentality and take ownership.
- You're proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Experience in DTC, beauty, FMCG, lifestyle, the creator economy, or fast-growing companies is a big plus.
