ERM is seeking an Intern, Marketing Agency (Fall) in Knoxville, TN to support the ERM Marketing & Communications Agency Account team across a range of client and agency initiatives. In this internship opportunity, you will gain exposure to integrated marketing and communications programs while helping the team successfully coordinate and deliver day-to-day client projects and new business efforts.

What Your Impact Is:

You will support the ERM Marketing & Communications Agency Account team across a range of client and agency initiatives. Your contributions will help support project coordination, content and presentation development, social media and communications activities, status tracking, quality assurance reviews, and general administrative needs.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research in support of client and agency initiatives.
- Support meeting and project coordination.
- Assist with content and presentation development.
- Provide social media and communications support.
- Track project status and related activities.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews.
- Provide general administrative support for client projects and new business efforts.
- Support day-to-day account operations while gaining exposure to integrated marketing and communications programs.

Location/Physical Demands:

- Requires work to be performed onsite/in office at a second-floor location with no elevator access.

- Requires sitting for long periods of time.

- Requires frequent alpha/numeric keyboarding and navigation of basic software programs.

- Requires effective and professional communication over the phone and in person.

- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, including but not limited to a computer screen, and the ability to adjust focus.
