As a Managing Consultant, you will help clients transform these challenges into opportunities by implementing innovative SAP-based solutions that improve compliance, operational efficiency, and business performance.

You will serve as both a strategic advisor and delivery leader, guiding clients through technology selection, solution design, implementation, and long-term success.

What Your Impact Is:

- Drive digital transformation initiatives for global clients within Product Compliance, Product Stewardship, and Sustainability programs.
- Lead business development activities, solution strategy, and proposal development that help expand ERM's SAP practice.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and become a strategic advisor on compliance and sustainability technology.
- Deliver complex SAP Product Compliance solutions that help organizations reduce risk and improve operational performance.
- Mentor and lead consulting teams while fostering technical excellence and client success.
- Influence the future direction of ERM's SAP EHS and Sustainability consulting capabilities.

What You'll Bring:

Required

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical discipline.
- 5-10 years of consulting and/or industry experience within Product Compliance, Sustainability, EHS, or SAP solutions.
- Proven experience delivering at least six full lifecycle implementations, from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
- Experience leading four or more full-cycle SAP Product Compliance implementations within ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
- Strong expertise in Product Stewardship, Product Compliance, chemical regulations, and sustainability-related business processes.
- Deep understanding of SAP Product Compliance, Specification Database, Substance Data Model, SDS authoring and distribution, Dangerous Goods management, Global Label Management, and related compliance solutions.
- Strong knowledge of SAP integrations across Materials Management, Procurement, Logistics, Shipping, Customer Master Data, and Manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated success in business development, proposal management, project estimation, and client relationship management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to deliver projects successfully within scope, timeline, and budget expectations.

Preferred

- Project Management certifications.
- Strong experience within manufacturing, high-tech, pharmaceutical, chemical, or industrial sectors.
- SAP EHS Product Compliance architecture expertise, including WWI, GenPC, Expert, OCC, ADM, and Cloud Loader solutions.
- Knowledge of SAP Product Compliance content providers and platforms such as 3E, Yordas, Opesus, CDX, and SAP content services.
- SAP technical expertise including ABAP, BTP, APIs, iDocs, ALE, and integration technologies.
- Experience with SAP adjacent solutions including GTS, PLM, Sustainability Control Tower, Sustainability Footprint Management, and Responsible Design & Production.
- Expertise in global product compliance regulations and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary consulting teams across complex global programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead sales pursuits, proposal development, scoping exercises, effort estimation, and project planning activities.
- Develop and execute growth strategies, sales campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, and market-facing programs.
- Lead client presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and executive-level discussions.
- Advise clients on SAP EHS, Product Compliance, and Sustainability technology strategies.
- Assess business requirements and design scalable SAP solutions that align with client objectives.
- Lead blueprinting, requirements gathering, process assessment, and solution architecture activities.
- Develop functional and technical specifications to support successful implementations.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP Product Compliance projects across all project phases.
- Guide configuration, testing, deployment, integration, data migration, and user adoption activities.
- Support organizational change management and adoption of new business processes and technologies.
- Manage consulting teams and provide technical leadership, mentorship, and quality assurance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, SAP stakeholders, and broader professional networks.
- Deliver knowledge transfer, training programs, and long-term support strategies to ensure client success.
