Senior Analyst, Treasury Operations

The Senior Treasury Analyst (STA) will be responsible for assisting in various Treasury Transformation initiatives including the implementation of modules and functions within the Treasury management System (TMS). The STA will be involved in developing and implementing advanced Treasury data analysis, data analytics and automation solutions that support the Treasury department’s needs. They will also be involved with Inspire Company Restaurants Cash Management (ICR CM) solutions.

This position sits within our Atlanta based Global Support Center with an expectation to be onsite 4 days per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Document the roadmap for transformation of Treasury workflows and processes for the future state by assessing current and future business needs and gauging existing capabilities, processes, and technology, especially TMS. Enhance and maintain data integrity within the TMS and other Treasury databases.
- Design custom reports and data displays for projects and standard report formats for ongoing functions based on organizational information needs. Prepare reports by accessing databases or consolidating data from multiple sources. Oversee and maintain work plans, schedules, resource plans, metrics, and status reports for TMS implementation and enhancement.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to promote awareness through reporting and data visualization. Create and maintain Treasury databases and repositories and create dashboards to track and report metrics. Consolidate, manage, and manipulate data from multiple sources for analysis, identify trends, and share insights.
- Monitor and report on market data, including macroeconomics and peers or competitors. Support Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Audit, IT, Loss Prevention, and other functions as they relate to Treasury transactions and entity structures.
- Recommend and implement solutions to strengthen operational controls, introduce efficiencies, automate processes, and incorporate best practices for the Inspire Company Restaurant Cash Management Program. Provide project leadership and lead change management initiatives and special projects driven by Restaurant Operations (Res Ops).
- Oversee day-to-day ICR Cash Management for all Inspire brands within the ICR network. Oversee relationships with key armored carrier vendors.
- Manage database and bank relationships and drive process improvements and change management. Pursue continuous improvements in ICR CM processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Act as the subject matter expert for DTS Connex, focusing on change order management for stores. Develop and maintain current procedural documentation and ensure compliance with established Treasury and cash management policies.
- Apply AI solutions in Treasury to enhance cash management, forecasting, risk assessment, and fraud detection.
- Act as a Treasury liaison with the company's business units by analyzing Treasury KPIs and performing ad hoc analyses, inquiries, and related work.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

- 4-Year degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- MSDA, MBA, CTP, AAP, CPA, or CFA preferred.
- 3+ years in Treasury, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a similar role.
- 1+ year of managerial experience preferred.
