As a Home Business Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating patient services, supporting home care operations, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.

Your Responsibilities:

- Coordinate home care service requests and patient deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with patients, nurses, healthcare providers, and internal teams.
- Support commercial and operational activities related to home healthcare services.
- Prepare quotations, reports, and business documentation.
- Monitor orders and ensure timely processing and follow-up.
- Manage customer and product information within SAP.
- Provide administrative and after-sales support to patients and customers.
- Track team performance and contribute to process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.

Your Profile:

What We're Looking For

Education

Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:

- Nursing (preferred)
- Public Health
- Health Sciences
- Social Work
- Pharmacy
- Other Healthcare-related disciplines

Experience

- No previous experience required.
- Full training will be provided.
- Experience in patient coordination, healthcare administration, or customer support is considered an advantage.

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong patient-focused mindset.
- Native or professional proficiency in Arabic.
- Intermediate English (B1-B2) for emails, reports, and communication within the company.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
