Would you like to manage important high-tech construction projects in future industries such as biopharma and data center? Then you have come to the right place! As a construction manager - electrical (m/f/d), you are responsible for the smooth execution of complex EPC projects or sub-projects for production plants and buildings.

## Explore your tasks and responsibilities

- Construction management of industrial projects with focus on electrical systems
- Coordination of subcontractors, ensuring quality on the construction site
- Coordination of the construction site, procedures and work processes
- Control and review of construction progress
- Ensuring compliance with work safety regulations
- Organization of daily coordination meetings and work schedules
- Participation in site inspections and acceptance tests
- Defect recording and tracking

## Show your expertise

- Successfully completed studies in the field of construction engineering or management, architecture or similar, ideally in electrical systems
- Experience as a construction manager in investment projects or relevant professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in construction management or project management
- Good knowledge of construction law, VOB, rules and technology
- Good MS-Office knowledge and CAD skills
- Fluent German (both written and spoken)
- English language on a communicative level
- Ability to work in a team, initiative and commitment as well as a high degree of flexibility
