Great company, temp to hire in Erlanger KY area, is seeking a production associate for their operation. . A successful candidate for this position would have experience working with their hands within a fast paced production environment. This could be a temp to hire position for the strong performers -- Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm starting pay is $18hr. Good first shift opportunity with rapidly growing company. Company has good benefits when hired on. Must be willing to submit to drug test and background check. Client has a process to transform their inbound materials into finished wood products for a wide range of needs of their clients. Must be able to regularly lift finished product which weighs about 25-30 lbs, as part of the pallet stacking process. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $16.00 - $18.00 Per Hour
