Medical Education Manager

The Medical Education Manager position is aimed at leading TEOXANE Germany and Austria Medical Education strategy, ensuring the scientific and educational development of both Faculties and the commercial network, as well as healthcare professionals.The role is responsible for designing and coordinating training programs aligned with local business needs and Teoxane Global strategy, while ensuring a high scientific and technical standard across educational content, training activities, and support materials. In addition, the Medical Education Manager serves as a key liaison with international teams and Headquarters (HQ) to implement global initiatives at the local level. This position combines strategic responsibilities related to medical development and positioning with scientific support and advanced field training activities. Through these efforts, it contributes to strengthening the company's medical excellence and reinforcing its scientific differentiation in the market.

Key Responsibilities
• Recruit, build, and maintain trust-based partnerships with KOLs, engaging them effectively by managing their development, engagement, training, scientific support, and performance.
• Design and deliver high-quality medical education programs and training initiatives aligned with business objectives and commercial needs.
• Support the affiliate's participation in national congresses through speaker selection, scientific content localization, and publication coordination.
• Lead product and competitive training for the sales force, ensuring continuous learning and high scientific standards across the organization in collaboration with the National Sales Manager.
• Provide medical and scientific review of marketing materials to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support the field team through customer visits, scientific exchange, and advanced clinical training on products and injection techniques.
• Localize educational content and coordinate expert participation for our digital learning platform, such as Teoxane Online Academy.
• Act as a key liaison with Global Medical Education and Medical Affairs teams, ensuring effective implementation of international initiatives and strategy at the local level.
• Oversee pharmacovigilance, adverse event management, regulatory compliance, and quality-related activities in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Share and distribute regular and systematic publication reviews, and create a publication library for KOLs, customers, and internal Teoxane usage.
• Support the initiation and follow-up of clinical and observational studies, along with related publications.

Your profile
• Master or PHD degree with a background in pharmacy, science, and healthcare-related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutic, medical device industry.
• In-depth knowledge of anatomy, hyaluronic acid, and injectable products are preferred.
• Business acumen and an analytical mindset, with strong scientific communication and presentation skills, enabling clear and credible engagement with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work closely and collaboratively with the affiliate’s Marketing and Commercial teams, as well as with Headquarters.
• Fluency in German and English.
