Randall
Offsite Construction is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Quality Control Assistant to work
in our Apopka, Florida headquarters and manufacturing plant to support
our quality program and help ensure that our offsite construction products meet
company standards, project requirements, and applicable specifications.

Position
Summary

This
is a hands-on position working closely with Quality Control, Production,
Project Management, and other team members throughout the manufacturing and
assembly process. The Quality Control Assistant will perform inspections,
document results, identify quality issues, maintain QC records, and help ensure
deficiencies are addressed before products advance to the next stage of
production or leave our facility.

The
ideal candidate takes pride in doing things right, has strong attention to
detail, communicates effectively, and is comfortable working both on the
production floor and with inspection documentation.

Essential
Functions

· Assist with in-process
and final quality inspections of offsite construction assemblies and
components.

· Verify workmanship
against approved drawings, specifications, checklists, and Randall quality
standards.

· Perform and document
routine inspections throughout various stages of production.

· Identify, photograph,
document, and communicate deficiencies and non-conforming work.

· Work with production
personnel to verify that corrective work has been completed properly.

· Maintain organized
inspection records, photographs, checklists, and other quality documentation.

· Review production work
for items such as:

· Dimensions
and general assembly

· Material
condition and proper installation

· Fasteners,
connections, and attachment methods

· Workmanship
and finish quality

· Labeling
and identification

· Completion
of required production and QC checklists

· Assist with incoming
material inspections.

· Communicate quality
concerns promptly and professionally to supervisors and appropriate team
members.

· Help identify any recurring
quality issues and opportunities to improve production processes.

· Maintain a clean,
organized, and safe work environment.

· Follow all company
safety policies and procedures.

· Perform other quality
and production-support duties as assigned.

Qualifications
/ Education / Work Experience

- High
school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong
attention to detail and ability to recognize inconsistencies or
workmanship issues.
- Ability
to read and follow written work instructions, checklists, and
specifications.
- Mid-level
computer skills and ability to enter inspection information accurately.
- Strong
organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability
to communicate professionally with production employees, supervisors, and
management.
- Ability
to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a
team.
- Driven
to learn Randall Offsite Construction's quality standards, processes, and
products.

- Previous
experience in construction, manufacturing, fabrication, modular
construction, or quality control.
- Ability
to read and interpret construction drawings or shop drawings.
- Experience
using measuring tools such as tape measures, levels, squares, and similar
inspection equipment.
- Familiarity
with inspection reports, punch lists, non-conformance documentation, or
quality-management processes.

Physical
Requirements

This
position requires regular work in shop and active field/jobsite environments.
The QC Assistant must be able to lift at least 50 pounds, remain on their feet
for extended periods, and bend, stretch, crouch, climb, and move throughout
active construction environments as necessary.

The
position also requires the ability to recognize and respond appropriately to
potentially hazardous conditions, respond to audible warnings, and properly
wear required personal protective equipment. These requirements align with the
field requirements identified in RANDALL's Safety Specialist position.
