Revolution is seeking a Machine Operator to join our team in Florence, AL. This is an entry-level manufacturing position , and we train motivated candidates eager to learn and grow.

What You'll Do
- Operate automated equipment that cuts, forms, and bundles bale ties.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Remove and replace defective products as needed.
- Transfer finished products and materials using carts and manual handling techniques.
- Band, package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
- Apply end covers, identification tags, and shrink wrap to finished bundles.
- Maintain accurate product identification and production records.
- Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and production-ready.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Manufacturing or automated equipment experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong time management and sense of urgency.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8-12 hour shifts.
