### About the role
As the Product Admin Assistant, you'll join our dynamic F&F Men's Essentials team and will play an important role in supporting the team to plan and deliver commercial, profitable and customer‑focused ranges. Working closely with the Assistant Buyer and Buying Manager, you’ll help keep the product journey running smoothly - from initial concept through to launch.

- Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary.

### You will be responsible for
Administrative & Data Accuracy • Maintain accurate product data in MPP / MPD systems (costs, colours, sizes, factory details, packaging grid). • Raise and track PO’s in some cases/ teams Sample Management • Manage and organise samples: tracking arrivals, arranging sample rails, and prepping for trade meetings and sign offs • Keep sample cupboard organised and tidy • Support fit sessions by organising garments, preparing comments, and updating fit trackers. • Support marketing sample requirements • Support adhoc rack ups and rail co-ordination as required for key meetings and management of product between mech centre and Pear Cross-Functional Collaboration • Provide general administrative support (e.g., sending out swatches, gathering approvals). • Assist in preparing packs for strategy reviews/ vision, sign-offs, and range builds etc. • Assist in preparing comp. shop reports • Assist with sample sales and life cycle management of samples
You will need
• Retail (ideally multi-channel) experience
• Interest in clothing product
• Analysis and report preparation skills
• Data analysis and numeracy skills
• Product development and sourcing experience
• Report preparation and analysis skills
• MS Office
