Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join us at our lovely mixed practice, Dental Beauty Welwyn Garden City . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family-orientated practice team.

We offer a wide range of private & NHS dental treatments to our patients from WGC and the surrounding areas. This opportunity is to join a highly supportive team who are all committed to delivering a fantastic patient journey, under the guidance of partner, Dr. Sripal Kumar. We are located in Welwyn Garden City, directly across from WGC train station.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiency
- Answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile
- Schedule patient appointments in accordance & effectively managing the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, Dentally
- Collect and record patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy
- To ensure compliances with DBP Information Governance Policy and GDPR

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

- Ideally 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist, within a private or mixed practice
- If no Dentistry experience, then a background within a front of house, customer service or medical coordinator role
- Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
- Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
- Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
