Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

What You'll Do

- Provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic services under clinical supervision.Conduct risk assessments, crisis intervention, and safety planning.

- Maintain timely, compliant documentation and quality standards.

- Use client feedback and outcomes to guide treatment and engagement.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support effective client care and caseload management.

Crisis Walk-In | Lighthouse

- Provide same-day behavioral health assessments and crisis support

- Assist with stabilization, safety planning, and care coordination under clinical supervision

- Gain experience in a fast-paced environment serving individuals with urgent behavioral health needs

Same Day Access (SDA) Intake Team

- Assessment-focused role with no ongoing therapy caseload

- Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and service recommendations

- Work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing mental health and substance use concerns

- Ideal for clinicians building assessment, triage, and clinical decision-making skills

Outpatient Counseling

- Provide individual, family, and group therapy under clinical supervision

- Develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and support client-driven goals

- Work with diverse populations using evidence-based and strengths-based approaches

- Excellent opportunity to build direct clinical hours toward licensure

Qualifications

- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field

- Experience providing therapy, assessments, case management, behavioral health services, or related clinical support preferred

- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills

- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team

- Commitment to professional development and obtaining licensure within two years preferred

This position requires flexibility to work at various Diversus Health locations based on operational and business needs. While a primary work site will be designated, employees may be reassigned temporarily or permanently to alternate sites to ensure adequate coverage, respond to facility needs, or support organizational initiatives.
