In addition to base compensation, eligible providers have the opportunity to earn quarterly incentive pay when established service goals are met. Most counselors earn an average of over $1,000 per quarter. Please ask us for more details on this program.

Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

What You'll Do

- Provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic services.

- Conduct risk assessments, crisis intervention, and safety planning.

- Maintain timely, compliant documentation and quality standards.

- Use client feedback and outcomes to guide treatment and engagement.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support effective client care and caseload management.

- Provide individual, family, and group therapy for adults experiencing mental health and substance use concerns

- Utilize evidence-based, strengths-based treatment approaches

- Opportunities to support specialized services including intensive outpatient programming (IOP), relapse prevention, and justice-involved populations

- Ideal for clinicians seeking to build direct service hours and clinical expertise

Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) | Jet Wing

- Deliver community-based behavioral health services for adults with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI)

- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team

- Support client engagement, recovery goals, skill development, and community integration

- Ideal for clinicians who enjoy outreach, collaboration, and field-based services

Youth & Family Counseling | Parkside

- Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and families

- Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and community partners to support treatment goals

- Utilize evidence-based interventions, skills groups, and family-centered approaches

- Ideal for clinicians passionate about working with youth and strengthening family systems

Qualifications

- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field

- Experience providing therapy, assessments, case management, behavioral health services, or related clinical support preferred

- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills

- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team

- Commitment to professional development and obtaining licensure within two years preferred

While a primary work site will be designated, employees may be reassigned temporarily or permanently to alternate sites to ensure adequate coverage, respond to facility needs, or support organizational initiatives.
